Rise of Rail

Rise of Rail is a 2D hex-based strategy simulation game focused on constructing vast transportation networks across diverse, challenging terrains. Players act as industrial tycoons, designing complex logistical routes and managing cargo chains to fuel a dynamic, growing economy. The gameplay evolves from establishing essential trade lines to overseeing a massive, fully automated railway system, rewarding deep strategic planning and economic optimization. 

Currently in active development, Rise of Rail is scheduled to launch in 2026.
